Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Social Reach is an internal tool of Voxi Media Inc. ("Voxi Media", "we") for scheduling and publishing posts to social media accounts that Voxi Media owns. It is not offered to the public.

2. Who may use it

Only staff members whom Voxi Media has invited may sign in. Accounts are personal: keep your sign-in email and authenticator app secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Content and platform rules

You are responsible for what you approve for publishing. Content must follow the law and the terms and policies of each platform it is posted to, including Meta's Instagram, Facebook and Threads rules. Each post is published only after a person approves it.

4. AI suggestions

Caption suggestions are written by an AI model and may be wrong. Check them before approving a post.

5. Availability

The tool is provided as is, without warranties. Posts can be delayed or fail because of the platforms or our providers. We may change, pause or end the tool at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Voxi Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the tool stores.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
