Privacy Policy

Who we are
AI Social Reach is an internal tool of Voxi Media Inc., a Florida corporation. Our staff use it to schedule and publish posts to social media accounts that Voxi Media owns, such as @trueinfluencer.ai on Instagram and Threads and its Facebook Page. It is not offered to the public, and nobody outside Voxi Media can sign up.
What we store
- Staff sign-in: the email address of each authorized staff member and their authenticator-app setup, used only to sign in.
- Posts: captions, alt text, first comments, scheduled times, and the photos and videos to be posted. Media files are deleted from our storage once a post is published.
- Publishing results: the IDs and links of published posts and any error messages.
- Access tokens: the tokens Meta issues so the tool can publish to our own Instagram, Facebook Page and Threads accounts, kept as encrypted secrets or in our access-restricted database.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-term request logs (such as IP address and browser) for security.
Data from Meta
We use Meta's Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads APIs only to publish and comment on our own accounts and to read back the links of our own posts. We do not collect, store or analyze information about other people's accounts, followers or messages.

- Supabase (database, sign-in and temporary media storage, United States)
- Cloudflare (website hosting)
- Meta Platforms (publishing to Instagram, Facebook and Threads)
- Anthropic (optional caption suggestions: when a staff member asks, a post's caption and preview image are sent to Anthropic's API)
We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
The sign-in page stores a sign-in session in the browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
Media is deleted after it is published. Post records and staff accounts are kept while the tool is in use and deleted on request. Tokens are deleted when access is removed.

Children
AI Social Reach is not directed to children and is used only by Voxi Media staff.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
