Data Deletion

AI Social Reach is an internal publishing tool of Voxi Media Inc. It stores no data about members of the public.

Ask us to delete data

Email support@voximedia.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address you used. We confirm by reply and delete your staff account and any data linked to it within 30 days.

Remove the app's access to an account

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → AI Social Reach → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → AI Social Reach → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → AI Social Reach → Remove.

When access is removed, the tool can no longer publish to that account, and we delete the stored access token.

What is deleted automatically

Photos and videos are deleted from our storage as soon as a post is published. Posts already published on Instagram, Facebook or Threads stay there until they are deleted on that platform.
